What kind of wool do you use in your yarns?
We prioritize animal welfare and sustainability. All our wool is mulesing-free, and our yarns are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, ensuring they are free from harmful substances.
How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Denmark. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 5-10 business days for international orders.
Can I return unused yarn if I bought too much?
Yes, we accept returns of unused and unopened yarn balls in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Will my yarn come from the same dye lot?
We always strive to pick yarn from the same dye lot for each individual order to ensure color consistency throughout your project.
Are your knitting patterns available in English?
Yes, most of our patterns are available in English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, and French. You can select your preferred language on the product page before purchasing.
