At Knitting for Olive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for all unused yarn and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that digital knitting patterns are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once downloaded.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, with labels intact and no signs of use or scent, within 14 days of receipt.
Register Your Return
Contact our support team via email with your order number to receive a return authorization form and the correct shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items and include your return form inside the parcel; please use a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
